6. Applicants also need to write their name, semester, course applied, email ID, mobile number at the back of the Demand Draft.

Distance Education Reservation Criteria of PTU

Candidates who are from Defense Personnel or ex servicemen from the defense background, they will be provided 25% concession in their tuition fee. To avail fee, the applicants will be required to submit their authentic proof of it.

Post Matric Scholarship– This scholarship is run for those applicants who belongs from SC/ST category will also eligible to get the concession in their tuition fee. To avail this, applicants must have to submit a caste certificate and income proof.

The employees from the Punjab Technical University will be entitled for the full concession as well as their wards will stand entitled for  50% concession of course fee.

There is also provision offered by this university it provide tuition fee concession to physically handicapped candidates also. The percentage criteria to avail the fee concession will depend on the percentage of disability.
