The Railway Recruitment Board ( RRB) has uploaded the hall ticket for NTPC UG (10+2 level) for the batch of 2025–26. Applicants for Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Inter Level posts may download the respective regional RRB hall ticket from the links given below.

This recruitment is surely one of the BIGGEST railway jobs on this 12th pass candidates list, as it offers many clerical jobs and other supporting jobs on the Indian Railways. The admit card has been issued on 03rd May 2026 in relation to these jobs. The application process has also been initiated.

Overview

The official login was from 28th October 2025 to 04th December 2025. Once the registration process was completed, authorities gave time for fee payment and application form correction.

The details of the exam city were placed on the web on 27 April 2026, a full 35 days prior to the actual admit card release.

Now that it is in the candidate's hand, they should get it downloaded immediately and cross-check all the details on the hall ticket.

Application Fee Details

The application fee structure varies according to category:

  • General/OBC/EWS: Rs 500
  • SC / ST / EBC: ₹250
  • All Female Candidates: ₹250

Refund Information

Candidates who appear in CBT-1 will receive a partial refund:

  • Obc/General: Will be refunded ₹400
  • Other categories: ₹250 refunded

Will be made to the bank account, dated at the time of submission of Dated at the time of application.

  • Min Age: 18 years
  • Max Age: 30 years

The age relaxation is applicable for the reserved category as per Govt norms.

Available Posts Under NTPC Undergraduate Level

The recruitment includes several posts such as:

Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk

The candidate should be either 10+2 (Intermediate) pass. For General/OBC/EWS, 50% is required and for SC/ST/PH, the minimum required is a pass.

Accounts Clerk Cum Typist

Eligibility is 10+2 from a recognised board. Typing speed requirement:

  • English: 30 WPM
  • Hindi: 25 WPM

Junior Clerk Cum Typist

Qualification:10+2 with typing as per RRB norms.

Train Clerk

The candidate should have passed 12th. Standard from any affiliated board.

Selection Process

The recruitment process will be conducted in the following stages:

  1. CBT-1 (Computer Based Test)
  2. CBT-2 (Main Examination)
  3. Skill Test / Typing Test /Aptitude Test( as per post)
  4. Document Verification
  5. Medical Examination

Each stage is a “must” for final selection.

How to Download Admit Card 

Candidates can download their admit card by following these steps:

Firstly, go to the official website of Regional RRB. Click on the link “CEN NTPC Undergraduate Level Admit Card 2026” on that page.

This brings you to the login page. Here you will need your Registration Number, doB and the Captcha code.

On submitting all details, your admit card will be displayed on the screen. Cross-check all the details like name, exam date, shift timing, and exam centre.

The admit card should be downloaded and a hard copy of it should be taken with you. The Admit card, if printed, should be carried by a candidate along with a valid photo identity proof to appear in the examination hall.

Final Advice for Candidates

The admit card has been released now; the candidates should do last minute revision and practice tests. Because the exam will happen across various dates, it is necessary to verify your specific exam slot mentioned in the hall ticket accurately.

Remember to reach the centre early to avoid any problems. Those without a valid admit card and ID proof are not allowed to sit in the exam.
