Indian Army Agniveer CEE Recruitment 2026

The Army has officially released the announcement for the Indian Army Agniveer CEE Reclamation 2026 under the Agnipath Scheme. This drive provides a very big opportunity to the young applicants across the country who wish to serve the nation. Approx mare then 25,000 vacancies have been announced for the different Agniveer categories. The selection will be conducted through the Common Entrance Examination( CEE), which is followed by the physical tests and medical tests. 

Below are complete details of the reclamation process, important dates, eligibility, selection stages, and payment structure. 

Important Dates – Reclamation Schedule 2026

• Announcement Release Date:12 February 2026 
• Online Application Start Date: 13 February 2026

Each post has different educational and physical conditions. 

Age Limit( As Per Functionary announcement) 

• Minimum Age 17 years 
• Maximum Age 21 years
• Age relaxation will be provided as per government rules, if applicable. 

Qualification

Agniveer General Duty( GD) 

• 10th pass with a minimum of 45 total marks. 
• Minimal 33 marks in each subject. 

Agniveer Technical 

• 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English. 
• Minimum 50 total and 40 in every subject. 

Agniveer Clerk/ Store Keeper 

• 12th pass in any stream. 
• Minimal 60 total and 50 in each subject. 
• English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping mandatory. 

Agniveer Tradesman( 10th Pass) 

• 10th pass with a minimum of 33 in each subject. 
• Agniveer Tradesman( 8th Pass) 
• 8th pass with a minimum of 33 in each subject. 

Women Military Police 

• 10th pass with a minimum of 45 total marks.

Selection Process – Step by Step 

The selection process consists of multiple stages 

1. Online Common Entrance Examination( CEE) 

• Computer- Based test( CBT) 
• Multiple type questions( MCQs) 
• Subjects include General Knowledge, Mathematics, General Science, Logical Reasoning, and English( for certain posts) 
• Campaigners must qualify CEE to  do further 

2. Physical Fitness Test( PFT) 

• Running test 
• Pull- ups 
• Push- ups 
• Balance test 
• Zig-Zag test 

Marks are awarded based on performance. 

3. Physical Measurement Test( PMT) 

• Height  Measurement 
• Chest Measurement ( for male campaigners) 
• Weight verification 

4. Medical Examination 

• Complete medical check- up 
• Eye,  ear, dental, and overall physical fitness verification 

5. Final Merit List 

• Based on CEE performance, physical tests, and medical fitness. 

Test Pattern( CEE 2026) 

For General Duty 

• Total Questions 50 
• Total Marks 100 
• Duration 1 Hour 

For Technical & Clerk Posts 

• Total Questions 100 
• Total Marks 200 
• Duration 2 Hours 

Negative marking may apply for wrong answers. 

Payment and Benefits 

Selected campaigners will serve as Agniveers for four years under the Agnipath Scheme. 

Yearly payment Structure 

• 1st Time ₹  30,000 
• 2nd Time ₹  33,000 
• 3rd Time ₹  36,500 
• 4th Time ₹  40,000 

30% of the payment will be contributed to the Seva Nidhi Fund.
The government will contribute an equal amount. 
Risk and difficulty allowances are applicable as per Army rules. 

Roughly 25% of Agniveers may be named for endless registration in the regular cadre based on performance and organizational conditions.
