The Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya (IIM Bodh Gaya) is a younger IIM, set up to deliver a high quality management education with an anticipation on innovation, leadership and the socio-economic impact management has on communities. IIM Bodh Gaya offers an immersive programme, including on-campus sessions, to promote networking and practical learning. About the Program 

The program, the Online Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), provides a complete program in 2 years. It's a fully online program with live interactive classes complemented with special campus immersion programs to provide a holistic learning experience. Targeting mid- to senior-level business owners, managers, and entrepreneurs, the overall objective of the program is to grant the participants formal management education and increase their leadership ability. This is why participants can anticipate increasing their career development chances by a great extent by gaining needed business acumen and leadership skills.

Who is Eligible?  

Eligibility Criteria  

• Education: Graduate in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum of 50 percent marks (45% for reserved) 

• Work Experience: For Executive Program in General Management and Data Science: Minimum 3 years work experience. For Executive Program in Digital Marketing: 0-3 years of work experience. 

• Age: There is no upper age limit. 

• Additional: Good academic record holders who are fresh graduates can also apply for some programs. 

Specializations Offered 

The online executive programs at IIM Bodh Gaya are differentiated according to three different career orientations: 

1. Executive Program in General Management 

• For individuals aiming at strategic, consulting, or leading positions. 

• Length 10 months online (100 hours) + at least 20 hours on-campus. 

2. Executive Program in Data Science for Business 

• Focuses on ML, Artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. 

• Duration: 10 months (100 hours online + at least 20 hours on-campus). 

3. Executive Program in Digital Marketing for Business 

• Made for people who want to learn and be good at digital marketing plans. 

• Length: 10 months (100 hours online + about 20 hours on-campus). 

Online Course Fee 

• Total Fees: Approx. ₹2,00,000+ GST (can vary slightly depending on program).  

• Payment: All Fees PAYABLE Upfront, or Part Payments payable depending on program.  

• Additional Costs: Campus immersion costs may be extra depending on the program.

Admission Procedures

Examination Pattern 

• Format: All proctored assessments are online, and ongoing assessment means coursework is continuous. 

• Assessment: Assessment will be based on quizzes, assignments, case studies, projects, presentations, and other forms of evidence rather than traditional exams. 

• Residency and Last Evaluation: Students who undergo a residency can be assessed by teachers through in-class, observational experiences. 

• Final Grade: Final grade will be determined by the instructor based on regular coursework, quiz grades, group work and participation and responsibility.
