Railway RRB ALP Exam City Details 2026

Introduction

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) conducts the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) test every year to recruit eligible campaigners for the Indian Railways. 
What is the RRB test City Intimation Slip? 

The City Intimation Slip is an official document released by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) before the test. It tells campaigners the city where their test centre will be located. As you know that it is not the final admit card, but it gives the city, state, and conditional test date and shift. This slip is very useful because numerous campaigners travel from their motherlands to a different city for the test, and having this information early helps them plan their trip and accommodation.

• 18th February 2026 

These are the days on which the written Computer-Based Test( CBT 1) will be held in multiple shifts across the country. 

City Intimation Slip Release Dates 

The city  suggestion slip started being released on 

• 3rd February 2026 
• For examinations  listed on dates, RRB continues releasing slips consequently, on 
• 6th February 2026 
• 7th February 2026 
• 8th February 2026 

This happens because the city slip is released about 10 days before the test date for each candidate. 
Admit Card( E ‑ Call Letter) Release 

Campaigners will be able to download the admit card roughly 4 days before their test date. For illustration, if a candidate's test is on 13th February, the admit card will be available around 9th February 2026. 
How to Download the test Intemation Intimation Slip
