MH CET Law 2021 registrations have been started for 3 year LLB program from 15th July, 2021 (Thursday). Registrations for 5 year LLB program have been extended till 20th July, 2021. Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra organizes this state level entrance examination MH CET Law 2021 exam once in a year. Through this exam students can get admission in 3 year LLB and 5 year LLB programs in various colleges or universities of law.

MH CET Law 2021 Application Form

Students can check complete details about MH CET Law 2021 application form given below:-

  • Registrations have been started for 3 year LLB program from 15th July, 2021 till 29th July, 2021.
  • Registrations for 5 year LLB program have been extended till 20th July, 2021 (Tuesday).
  • Registration form can be filled through online mode.
  • Fill all required details carefully in the application form including educational, personal details, address, etc.
  • Fill in the form carefully, as authority will not provide correction facility
  • At last all the students must take printoutof filled registration form and keep it safe for other references.

MH CET Law 2021 Eligibility

Given below the MH CET Law 2021 eligibility criteria for both 3 year and 5 year LLB program:-

Common eligibility criteria:-

  • Nationality: Indian/ foreign/ OCI and PIO students will be eligible to apply.
  • Upper Age Limit: There is no upper or lower age limit specified for this law exam.
  • Lower Age Limit:
  • For 5 year LLB program students must be 20 years old (22 years old for SC/ST category of Maharashtra state only) as on or before 1st July, 2021.
  • For 3 year LLB program students must be 30 years old (35 years old for SC/ST category of Maharashtra state only).
  • Appearing: If you are in the final year of your graduation then also you can apply for MH CET Law 2021 exam.

For 5 Year Courses:

  • You must have cleared class 10th and 12th from any recognized board with minimum of 50% marks for general category candidates (42% marks for OBC/ SCB/ VJNT category candidates and 40% marks for reserved category candidates)

For 3 Year Courses:

You must have done graduation or post-graduation degree from any recognized institute with minimum of 45% marks for general category candidates (40% marks for reserved category candidates)

MH CET Law 2021 Syllabus

You can check some important topics of the MH CET Law 2021 syllabus:

  • General Knowledge: Questions will come from the subjects of history, civics, geography, economics, current affairs, and so on.
  • English: Vocabulary, English usage error, reading comprehension, common error, spelling error, fill in the blanks, and so on.
  • Mathematical Aptitude: Questions will come from the topics like speed and distance, time and work, profit and loss, Venn diagram, algebra, and so on.
  • Logical Reasoning: Questions will come from the topics like analogies, reasoning by analogy, relationship and drawing logical conclusion about structure, completing arguments and so on.
