Gate 2023 Result Declared; Only 18% Of Candidates Qualified Exam

NEW DELHI: On March 16, the outcome of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2023 was released. According to a statement made by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, the organization in charge of administering GATE 2023, roughly 18% of applicants have passed the test. GATE 2023 scorecards will be provided to the candidates by March 22. On February 4 and February 12, eight sessions of the recruitment-cum-admission test for engineering graduates were held.
Results for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2023 examination were released today by (IIT) Kanpur. You can get your results on the official website of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
On February 4, 5, 11, and 12, there were eight sessions for the exam. For GATE 2023, around 5.17 lakh of the approximately 6.70 lakh candidates who registered to take the exam actually showed up. The GATE 2023 was passed by about one lakh of them. Around 18% of the students passed.
More than 500 locations around the nation hosted the tests, with a 77% overall turnout. Candidates had the option of choosing two papers from some subject options in some of the 29 disciplines covered by GATE 2023. With 25%, the Metallurgical Engineering paper had this year’s highest qualifying percentage.
Instead of March 21, the scorecards will be accessible on March 22. Through May 31 candidates can use the platform to download their scorecards for free.
