This year IIM Ahmedabad (IIMA) is going to organize this national level entrance examination – CAT (Common Admission Test). Every year all the IIMs (Indian Institutes of Management) conducts CAT exam on rotational basis. Through this exam you can get admission into MBA and PGDM programs and also for the Post Graduate Programs (PGP) in 20 IIMs and over 1,200 top B-Schools in India.

CAT 2021 Exam Day Guidelines
The CAT 2021 examination will be conducted in 3 sessions and you have to report 30 minutes before the gate closing time.
- Morning Session or 1st Session – 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and entry gate will get closed at 8:15 AM.
- Afternoon session or 2nd Session – 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM and entry gate will get closed at 12:15 PM.
- Evening session or 3rd Session – 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and entry gate will get closed at 4:15 PM.
CAT 2021 Exam Pattern
- Mode: CAT paper will be conducted online via online (CBT) mode
- Duration: candidates will get total 2 hours (120 minutes) for the CAT exam 2021
- Questions: CAT 2021 exam consists of both objective and subjective type questions
- Marking Scheme: For every correct answer you will get +3 marks and 1 mark will get deducted for the wrong answer in the objective type questions section. And there will be no negative marking for the wrong answer in the subjective type questions section.
