Apply for other B-schools

If you properly search in internet then based on your percentile, you can predict in which B-schools you can apply.
Appear for other MBA entrance examination
It is always better to be prepared with a backup. Sometimes, even if you have scored perfect percentile, you still may not get admission into IIMs. As there are other factors excluding CAT score which are considered important for getting admission into IIMs. So, it is a wise decision to prepare for other MBA entrance exams (SNAP, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAH-CET and TISSNET) during CAT preparation. Numerous colleges have their own entrance examination (IIFT, XAT, etc.) for admission.
Go for Plan B
Lastly, if you only plan to join IIM for your MBA, then rather than getting dis-heartened you should try again and work hard even more as clearing CAT is not an easy task.
