NMIMS School of Business Management, Mumbai Admission 2021

The applications are open for two year full time MBA in Mumbai campus and PGDM in Navi Mumbai campus.
The application needs to be submitted online.
Firstly the candidate needs to register online at NMAT by GMAC by visiting the website www.nmat.org.in. The registration is considered complete only after paying the registration fees. The candidate needs to remember the GMAC registration number for further reference.
Then the candidate again needs to visit the website www.nmat.org.in and complete the NMIMS application process by entering their NMAT GMAC registration number.
The NMIMS application was open on 4^th July, 2019 and will end on 15^th October, 2019.
The NMIMS reapplication will open on 5^th October, 2019 and will end on 26^th December, 2019.
The application fee for a single programme (Full time MBA or PGDM) is Rs 1500/- plus applicable taxes.
The application fee for both MBA full time and PGDM courses is Rs 1800/- plus applicable taxes.
The payment needs to be done by credit card or debit card.
The application will be considered complete after successful payment of application fee.
Candidates willing to take the NMAT test by GMAC test more than once have to apply for reapplication.

NMIMS School of Business Management Admission Eligibility Criteria

1.MBA / MBA HR / MBA Decision Science & Analytics (Dual Degree in MBA Decision Science & Analytics, SBM + MS Business Analytics & Information Management, Purdue University Eligiblity criteria:–

The applicant must possess bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum 50% marks or equivalent degree in aggregate.
The candidates who have applied for MBA Decision Science & Analytics (Dual Degree in MBA Decision Science & Analytics, SBM + MS Business Analytics & Information Management, Purdue University) shall have taken mathematics in their 10+2 course (pre-university level) or equivalent test.
The candidate must have a valid score in English proficiency test.
The minimum score of TOEFL should be 80.
The minimum score of IELTS should be 6.5

2.MBA Pharmaceutical Management Eligibility Criteria:-

The applicant must possess Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, B.Sc. Biotechnology and M.Sc. Biotechnology in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum 50% marks or equivalent degree in aggregate.

The candidates with B.Tech. Bio-Tech./ Bio-Medical or B.E. BioTech./ Bio-Medical are also eligible to apply.
The candidates having a full-time work experience with a pharmaceutical company for more than two years will be given preference.

3.PGDM Eligibility criteria:-

The applicant must possess bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum 50% marks or equivalent degree in aggregate (except for PGDM – Business Analytics)
For PGDM – Business Analytics, the candidate must possess bachelor’s degree in Engineering, mathematics, statistics, commerce or economics with minimum 50% marks or equivalent degree in aggregate from a recognized University.

Note: All the applicants in their final year are eligible to apply provided the final admission will held after they clear their final examination with the minimum marks required for the admission in NMIMS.

Selection Process

The candidates will be selected for the case discussion and personal interview based on the score of NMAT by GMAC.
NMAT by GMAC would be an objective type multiple-choice test.
The test would comprise of Language Skills, Quantitative Skills and Logical Reasoning.
The total number of questions would be 120 including 32 questions of Language Skills, 48 questions of Quantitative Skills and 40 questions of Logical Reasoning.
There would be no negative marks for this test.
The cut-off score will be decided by NMIMS.
The score and the names of the shortlisted candidates for the next step of admission i.e. case discussion and personal interview will be declared on the website www.nmat.org.in
The shortlisted candidate needs to download their call letter from the website. No separate call letter will be sent.
The candidates must carry their call letter during the case discussion and personal interview process.
The final selection will be based on the academic career of the candidate, marks obtained in NMAT by GMAC, work experience and performance in case discussion and personal interview.
The final merit list will be displayed on the website.
All the intimation to the candidates will be by website.
