The university encourages meritorious students by offering various types of scholarships. The period of internship is subject to change with time. It also offers stipend and fees relaxations to the students.  The list of scholarship schemes provided by the university mentioned below. 

• PRADYUMNABAL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS:

• It is instituted in the memory of Late Pradyumana Kishore Bal. He was the founder president of KIIT. 
• The scholarship covers college fees, hostel fees, mess fees, books and other ancillary expenses. 
• Two poor and meritorious students are selected for this scholarship every year. The selection of candidates for availing the scholarship is made by the selection committee. 
• KIIT POVERTY-CUM-MERIT SCHOLARSHIP:   
• This scholarship is instituted for the poor and needy students. 
• The amount and period of scholarship and amount of scholarship are based on the need of the selected candidates.
• The selection committee is responsible for the selection of such candidates.

• TEACHING ASSISTANTSHIPS

• This scheme is for M. Tech students to benefit the postgraduate students, who wish to supplement their income and gain experience in teaching and research. 
• Perks of this scholarship is that the students can earn while studying 
• Number of such awards is flexible
• The decision is taken by the management of KIIT University.

• KIITEE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP

• Under this scholarship scheme, KIIT provides free education to the topper of KIITEE-2020 
• This offer is only valid for B.Tech. (4 years) if they take admission at KIIT.
• KIIT provides scholarship to top 1000 rank holders of KIITEE 2020 for B.Tech. – 4 years
• The scholarship is provided to the top rank holders during his/her study period at KIIT subject to fulfilment of criteria.

• KIIT International Scholarship

• 2 to 10 students from each country are provided with full and half scholarships respectively.
• A total number of 100 scholarships are available.

• PhD SCHOLARSHIP
• KIIT Deemed to be University provides scholarship to the PhD students.
• It provides a full-time scholarship of 20000 INR per month.

• M. TECH STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP

• KIIT Deemed to be University provides a scholarship of 10000 INR per month to M. Tech students.

• CONTINGENCY FUND

• A contingency fund of 50000 INR is available for both full-time PhD and M. Tech students.

STIPENDS

KIIT provides various stipends to meritorious students of medical filed. 

1. A stipend of Rs. 49000, 51000 and 53000 INR for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year respectively for each month is given to the Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery, and Master of Dental Surgery.
2. A stipend of Rs.58000 per month is given to Magister Chirugial/Doctorate of Medicine. 
3. A stipend of Rs. 20000 per month is given for MBBS and BDS internships
4. Sc in Nursing and General Nursing and Midwifery (Nursing) is 6000 INR per month.

P.G. STIPEND MBBS

• A stipend of Rs. 49,000/- Per Month for 1st-year students. 
• A stipend of Rs. 51,000/- Per Month for 2nd-year students. 
• A stipend of Rs. 53,000/- Per Month for 3rd-year students.
