Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) was established in the year 1993. With an environment friendly atmosphere, the Institute is located at Rohini – northwest part of New Delhi which is also close to Rithala metro station. Since its inception, the Institute has built a good image in the educational market providing courses in Management and Information Technology. The admission procedure for the various programmes varies from courses to course. Students need to know about the admission method which begins with selection and after selection the applicants have to attend the counseling of the courses accordingly.

- Then submit all the details of qualifying exams like CAT/ MAT/ ATMA etc.

- Educational qualification along with work experience should be entered correctly.

Mode of payment
The following are the different modes through which the applicants can pay their application fees:
Cash: Candidates can get the brochure from the college campus by paying the application fees in cash at the application form counter.
Demand draft: Applicants can even pay the money through demand draft mode also where they have to go to their convenient bank and apply for the DD. The Demand Draft should be sent in the favour of “Jagan Institute of Management Studies” payable at Delhi.
Online mode: Online mode of payment is available for the candidates. In the official website, applicants need to fill the form and finally pay the fees through credit card/ debit card/ UPI or net banking method.

Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) offers scholarships to their merit students through different programs. This has helped many students complete their course and even establish their names in the society. Some of the scholarship programs that the students can undertake are:
For CAT qualified candidates
- JIMS offers scholarship for CAT students and who have taken admission in PGDM/PGDM -IB/ PGDM –RM course
- Eligibility criteria for CAT qualified students:
- Candidate must have secured a minimum of 70% marks in class 10th, 12th and graduation
- Minimum 80 percentile in CAT exam
- Scholarship amount – Rs.1, 00,000
- Scholarship amount will be partially waived to eligible students of 2nd, 3rd and 4th installment.
MERIT CUM MEANS SCHOLARSHIP
Under the financial aid of Jagannath Gupta Memorial Educational Society, scholarship amount is given in the form of “Merit – cum – Means Scholarship” to the students admitted in batch 2020-22 in 1st and 2nd year of PGDM / PGDM-IB and PGDM – RM programmes of the Institute.

Eligibility criteria
Candidates have to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria for availing the “MERIT CUM MEANS SCHOLARSHIP”;
- Must secure minimum aggregate of 70% marks in the respective Trimester examination with no back paper.
- As per the attendance rules, student even must have minimum 75% attendance in their respective trimester.
- In any Course student must not have “No debarment and/ or Failure”.
- No case of indisciplinary nature will be accepted for the scholarship.
Other Terms and Conditions
If any student in case withdraws his/ her admission after paying their first installment of fee, then
- The candidate has to return his/ her received scholarship amount or the amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the student, if any (As per the rules of JIMS).
- Student availing any sort of scholarship from Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) will not be able to take any other form of benefits or scholarship from either government or private institutions. Disciplinary action (D.C) can be taken against the candidate if found so.
- If any student is receiving scholarship during the time of admission but he/ she fails to attain in any or all of the subsequent next trimesters then he/ she will only be able to receive scholarship amount for only the attended trimesters, if eligible.
Process for applying “MERIT CUM MEANS SCHOLARSHIP”
Student’s eligibility for the “MERIT CUM MEANS SCHOLARSHIP” will be recommended by the Scholarship Committee of JIMS and all the applications received for Scholarship will also be forwarded by them based on the assessment.
Criteria for “MERIT CUM MEANS SCHOLARSHIP” Award
- List for the eligible candidates for the scholarship will be prepared by the Scholarship Committee or any other Committee of JIMS formed for recommending of scholarship award.
- Students selected by the committee will be called for personal discussion before the recommended Committee of the institution.
- After the final assessment made by the committee, the award for the “MERIT CUM MEANS SCHOLARSHIP” will be given to the eligible students.
Note: All scholarship schemes are subject to the exclusive discretion of the Director
Loan Scheme: Financial assistance is also provided to the students who wish to study in the college provided they need to submit all the needed documents during the loan procedure. All the documents will be verified by the authorities failing of which loan assistance will be rejected there itself.
