The full form of SLIET SET is Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology Entrance Exam. The exam offers admissions into Integrated Certified Diploma, SET III lateral entry for B. Tech, SET V- admission for PhD. Every year this will be conducted into four different phases like- SET I, SET IA, SET III, SET V. applicants who clear the exam can participate in SLIET SET counselling process.

Educational Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have to fulfill the given below eligibility criteria:

For BE

For BE the eligibility criteria based on JEE Mains

For ICD 3 years

Applicants must have passed class 10^th exam

For ICD Lateral Entry

Applicants should have two year ITI/ 12^th or equivalent exam with two year recognized industrial experience

For BE Lateral

Must have completed diploma with 55% aggregate marks and 50% for reserved categories

Applicants who are in final year can also eligible to apply

For M. Tech program

Applicants must have valid B.Sc/ B. Tech/ BE degree with 60% marks, 55% in case of reserved categories along with valid GATE Score

For MBA

Applicants must have Bachelors degree at least 55% marks or 50% for reserved categories with CMAT/ CAT score

For M.Sc Program

Applicants must have Bachelors degree at least 55% marks or 50% for reserved categories

For PhD Program

Applicants should have Master’s degree in Humanities/ Technology/ Enfineering/ Management with 55% marks and 50% for reserved categories.

On the basis of SLIET SET result, the merit list will be prepared by the concerned authorities
