What is KU CAT Exam?

KU CAT (Kerala University Common Admission Test) is a National level entrance examination organized by University of Kerala. KU CAT was organized to offer admission in various MBA Programs. This examination was conducted every year to provide admission at IMK Kariyavattom Campus and at University Institutes of Management by University of Kerala.

KU CAT Eligibility Criteria

You must have a degree from an Indian university that is recognized by University of Kerala with 50% marks in B.Com, BA, B.Sc., etc. that falls under 10+2+3 pattern.
You must have a degree with 50% marks in B.Tech, B.Arch that falls under 10+2+4 pattern
You must have qualified post-graduate degree from an Indian university that is recognized by University of Kerala with 50% marks in M.Com, MA. M.Sc
If you fall under the SC/ST category, then you will get more preference according to the rules specified by the University of Kerala.

You can register easily for the KU CAT exam through given below steps:-

Firstly go to the official website – https://www.admissions.keralauniversity.ac.in/
Now go to the link “online admission”
Download a copy of the Challan slip and pay the registration fees for KU CAT exam at any branch of SBT
Now login with the username and password after paying the application fee
Fill in all the Information in the form
Upload all the scanned documents
Now click on “save and continue”
At last make sure to take a printout and keep it safe with you for future reference

KU CAT application fee for all category candidates is Rs. 500/-

How to pay KU CAT application fee?

You can pay KU CAT only through offline mode – DD (demand draft) in favor of “The Finance Officer, Kerala University” from SBT that should be payable at KUOC campus or from Cooperative banks that should be payable at Trivandrum.

Quantitative Ability: Time and Work Partnership, Problems on Numbers, Races and Games, Boats and Streams, Problems on L.C.M and H.C.F, Time and Distance, Compound Interest, Simple Interest, Permutations and Combinations, Numbers and Ages, Problems on Trains, Odd Man Out, Quadratic Equations, Profit and Loss, Simple Equations, Mensuration, Simplification and Approximation and Probability, Ratio and Proportion, Mixtures and Allegations, Percentages, Areas, Averages, Indices and Surds, Pipes and Cisterns, Problems on Numbers, Volumes.
Verbal Ability and Comprehension: Spelling Test, Spotting Errors, Error Correction (Underlined Part), Fill in the Blanks, Error Correction (Phrase in Bold), Substitution, Sentence, Arrangement, Transformation,Antonyms, Synonyms, Prepositions, Passage Completion, Sentence Completion, Active and Passive Voice, Idioms and Phrases, Sentence Improvement, Para Completion, and Joining Sentences.

KU CAT Counseling and Seat Allotment

You will be called for KU CAT counseling rounds in the month of July
