CUSAT CAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria For CUSAT CAT 2022

The applicant must have a citizen of India or a resident of Kerala
The maximum age limit criteria will be 21 years and 17 years will be a minimum age limit

For Postgraduate and undergraduate eligibility criteria is given below:

For Post Graduate Program:-

Applicants must have to hold a B. Tech or Bachelor’s degree or BE degree from a recognized university with 60% aggregate marks
If applicants have qualified the GATE exam then he or she will be eligible for the exam
For LM postgraduate applicants must have a qualified bachelor’s degree in law with at least 45% marks

For Under Graduate Program

For Marine Engineering- Applicants must have at least 12th examination with 60% aggregate marks with PCM and English, and 50% in mathematics separately.
BBA/ LLB(H)/ LLB(H)/ B.Com- Candidates should have to qualify for the senior secondary exam with at least 60% marks. For Humanities and Arts students then need to secure at least 55% marks
For Integrated M.Sc- Aspirants must have at least senior secondary exam with at least 50% marks in mathematics, and 50% marks in Chemistry and Physics from Kerala state or any recognized board

There will be MCQs type questions available in the question paper
There are 250 questions available in the question paper were 125 questions available from mathematics, 25 questions from chemistry, and 75 questions available from Physics.
The time duration of the exam will be 180 minutes or three hours
For every right answer, candidate will be awarded 3 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect answer

Syllabus of the CUSAT CAT 2022 Exam

For BBA LLB (H)/ B. Com LLB (H)- General English, G.K, Reasoning & Logical Thinking, , Law-Related Matters,Current Affairs, etc.
For 3 year LL.B. Course: English, General Knowledge, Comprehension Ability, Legal Aptitude, Current Affairs, and Logical Reasoning.
For B.Tech and 5 Year Integrated M.Sc. Programs: (PCM) Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry.
For B.Tech (LE) Programme: Engineering Mechanics, English, Mathematics, General Engineering, and Engineering Graphics.
