But, due to COVID -19 pandemic and rising cases in the country, the government took the final decision for class 12^th board exams on 1^st June, 2021. As Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s cabinet has declared and cancelled the class 12^th board exams 2021.

The decision of cancelling class 12^th board exams 2021 has been taken due to rising cases of COVID -19 in India. As COVID-19 has affected the 2020-2021 academic year and it has been creating an enormous anxiety amongst students, parents, and teachers which ought to be put to an end.

CBSE will soon make an official notification regarding all the details about the cancellation of CBSE Class 12^th board exam 2021.

According to reports, we came to know that all the affiliated schools have been asked to curate the information or reports on the basis of marks obtained by the students in class 9^th, 10^th, and 11^th

CBSE has asked all the affiliated schools to come up with well-defined result evaluation criteria to declare the result in a time-bound manner.
